Food and Beverage Manager
As the Co-Food and Beverage Manager, my main job is to oversee all front of the house operations. Some of my specific duties include being in charge of hiring and training exceptional customer service to our waitstaff and bartenders. I inventory and order all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), exposition food during peak hours of operation and handle customer challenges and complaints promptly in the restaurant. I operate the Whiskey and Cigars Events and purchase cigars.
