We offer various training options such as one-on-one training, small group training, athletic enhancement programs, Functional Movement Screens and Sports medicine rehabilitation. Each fitness client will receive an evaluation that consists of a health questionnaire, body fat and girth measurements, strength and muscular endurance tests, cardiovascular test and flexibility. A Functional Movement Screen will also be included during this evaluation.
Having Athletic Trainers (Sports Medicine Specialist) on our staff allows us to not only evaluate your fitness needs, but movement patterns that inhibit your athletic activity (golf, tennis, running et al), old orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries that limit your healthy desires.
